CIMTechniques an Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) technology manufacturer for the Healthcare, Bioscience, Pharmaceutical and other industries, is looking for a talented, motivated, experienced National Sales Manager to join our small growing team.  We are looking for a sales professional with experience in B2B sales, and a desire to participate in growing a small entrepreneurial technology company to the next level.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional that is looking to grow a business, and work with electronic technology, all as part of a small team environment.

Position Requirements:

  • Develop and implement an effective yearly sales plan and marketing strategies
  • Work with current sales & marketing team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel at client accounts
  • Prepare sales quotations which are technical in nature for clients
  • Lead preparation and response to RFP’s, RFQ’s, RFI’s
  • Negotiate and close formal contracts / agreements with large customers
  • Monitor and analyze performance and suggest improvements
  • Prepare quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Work with CIMTechniques customer service staff as required to meet client’s needs


Desired Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a regional or national sales manager (5 years +)
  • Ability to create and analyze sales plans and performance metrics
  • Strong ability to identify and service customer needs
  • Excellent negotiation skills (including contracts)
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience selling electronic technology solutions a plus (technical aptitude)
  • Sales experience in the Healthcare, Bioscience, and / or Pharmaceutical markets a plus
  • Availability to travel as needed mainly within the continental US, however overseas as well
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
